Liquid coffee creamer (the flavored kind, or even just half and half) stays good in the freezer for months. Buy them when on sale with coupons and store them in the freezer....just pull out and put in fridge 24-48 hours before you need to use them.

wish i had know this acouple of weeks ago-my store had it at a very low clearance because it was getting close to expiration date.

Mine is doing that too, now there is a "Reduced for Quick Sale" Dairy area!
