I have sunk a large plastic flower pot from a shrub about 5 or 6 inches in a back corner of my garden. I put all my peelings, vegtable waste, coffee grounds ect. in there. Since it is sunk in the ground and has holes in the bottom, it is a favorite place for worms, who speed up the composting and also add valuable worm casings!
