With summer just around the corner it's time to take your fans apart and clean them. Take a close look at the build-up on the protective grates and blades. It may not seem like a big deal. I just cleaned one that was given to me. I was going to throw it out because it wasn't moving very much air. After cleaning, it is working great. You may also want to put a drop of oil on the shaft so it moves more freely. Both will help your fans last longer as the motor will not have to work as hard with clean blades.

I've been looking at mine thinking the same thing.I always clean them in the spring and at least once during the summer season.Hmmmm maybe tomorrow.
REALLY does make a difference and saves on their motor!
