I installed a new feature...you will find it in your mini profiles under the Member number. To use it, click on the plus to give a member a Rep. When you do, a window will open to give you a chance to add a comment. The same thing will happen if you click on the minus, which will take a Rep away from a member. (Please do not use the minus reps in an untimely manner of course.)

I don't have a + or - thingy, it ran away!

I think we don't see our own. I was going to say the same thing and I thought since I did have a rep that someone must of seen it. I figured then we must not see our own + or - cause I do not see mine either but I do see everyone elses.
