Pick the leaves off the stem and place on a paper towel lined paper plate. I sometimes use the top of a shoe box when I have a lot to dry. Now stick the plate in that spot way back in the refrigerator where the science projects live. stir them around every few days. In 2 weeks they should be dry and ready to put in jars.
