Well, I gave them an ultimatum, either pay the damage deposit by October or leave. They are leaving. He says he dosen't have to pay the deposit cause they fixed the place. Yeah, with the damage deposit from the last tenant!

I have bent over backwards for these people and this is like a slap in the face. That is what usually happens to me though, I never learn.

She dosen't realize or care that I am upset, she thinks everything is ok. DUH!

The best part is that they are moving the next street over. All these houses are the same, so they better not take anything on mine! I gave her curtians when they moved in that fit these windows.

Since I haven't got a damage deposit, I will have to take them to court for any damage they do.

I am scrambling to make as much $ as I can as the rental pays most of the mortgage. So if I am not around, I am trying to keep a roof over my head which comes FIRST!

I am glad they are leaving but sorry it is going to leave you in a jam. I hope you can find new tenants quick.

I was smart to pay the mortgage twice a couple of months when I had the $, but I am not going to get comfortable with that. I am also gonna try to screen better. I have the real estate agent that I clean for on the lookout too.

I will be having some work done there also to make it look a little better.

Good luck with getting new tenants that move in. I am glad the ones that were causing so many problems are soon to be out of the house...
