need...

1 roll of good quality paper towels
(cut roll in half so you have two half rolls of paper towels)

Mix Together...

2 cups of warm water
2 tablespoons of baby oil
2 tablespoons of baby wash (soap)

put the half roll of paper towels into a plastic container
pour liquid mixture over and cover
remove cardboard tube, should pull right out
use by pulling towels from middle of roll
