Nonstick vegetable cooking spray

1 cup wild birdseed

2 egg whites, lightly beaten

Preheat oven to 325. Line a 4 inch heart shaped metal cookie cutter with
foil. Allow 2 inches of extra foil to hang over edges. spray foil with
cooking spray. Place foil lined mold on a cookie sheet. In a mixing combine
birdseed and egg whites. Pour mixture into prepared heart mold. Bake for 10
to 15 minutes or until firm. Allow to cool for 8 minutes. Remove heart from
mold and discard foil. While still warm, use a wooden skewer to pierce a
hold through the heart, about 1 inch from the top. Loop wire, raffia, or
twine through the hold. Hang heart from your favorite tree for up to 2
weeks. Makes 1 heart.
